Great theatre and it looks as if it is in excellent condition. I wonder if there was a blade out the front, originally.

The art deco era brought a lot of interesting design elements not only to the exterior of buildings but also the interior.
For sure Mary. I didn't get the chance to go inside this cinema but there are lots of examples of fantastic interiors that still survive.Patrica Bayer's book Art Deco Interiors explores the subject.
