I now know this house is in Jutland Parade, Dalkeith in Perth.
I used to live in Dianella (a longgggg time ago), not nearly as old or attractive a suburb. So how exciting that this house has managed to keep its very special and elegant facade.
I found quite a bit of deco in Mt Lawley which is nearby but don't know that I made it into Dianella.
