One wonders how they came up with the name "Tudor" when it has nothing to do with Tudor in any of its manifestations. That is the style isn't Tudor and there appears to be no Elizabethan theme.
Maybe they just thought it was exotic sounding. That's a typical deco ploy to name a building after somewhere else. For example we have a Bermuda and a San Diego here in Melbourne and they have nothing to do with those locations.
