Torbay, Perth

Torbay Apartments in Perth have undoubted Art Deco styling but I can't tell whether they are old or new. I can't put my finger on it but I wouldn't be surprised if the building was 70 years old, nor would I be surprised if it was 7 years old.

    It is beautiful whether it is new or old. If it is recent, I am pleased that the effort is being made to style buildings in line with the theme is the city!

    "They are late 1930's, but were "modernised" in the early 199o's I used to live further up Stirling highway in the "Maisonettes" in the late 1970's
