    Buenos Aires must be your motherlode David - thousands of sleek, stylish, modernist architecture from the 1930s still in good condition now. Have a great new year, a year of great bloggy creativity.

    Buenos Aires was good Helen, lots of Art Nouveau buildings as well as later styles but I thin I preferred Montevideo. Seemed there were more buildings from the Deco period.
