It's always good to see an Art Deco building repurposed and given a new life. Not sure about the purple though.

A House in Woodville

It seems to me that this is a typical New Zealand Art Deco house. You seem them all over the place. This one is in Woodville on the North Island and is perhaps more decorated than a lot of others. Although it does look like they ran out of paint (motivation) to finish the speed line on the curved section of the house.
