In the early 1950s Bernardine and I N Hagan asked Frank Lloyd Wright to design a house for them on their land in the mountains above Uniontown in Pennsylvania. Lloyd Wright obliged and without visiting the site, except for a short trip during the construction phase, he produced a wonderful house.
