    I love those houses but what about them suggests Deco - just the date they were built? I would be very hard pressed to pin down the architectural and decorative style(s).

      It does have a lot to do with when they were built but the elements I look at are the brick decoration around the eaves & windows and at the apex of the roofline. Also that pitched roofline is a bit like the tudor-revival houses of the 1920s and the the small window panes which at least in the last photo look to be metal-framed.
