A Building in Kent

A Building in KentI found an old disk the other day with some photos on it including this one.

It was in a folder called Kent so I know which English County it was taken in and therefore it was around 2000-01.

That, however, is all I can tell you.

Does anyone recognise it?

    That's better :) Perfect design and not mucked around with. Even the clock looks part of the initial design.
