Portland Print, Portland
This modest shop is in Portland, in western Victoria and, while there is some Art Deco elements in the brick work of the shopfront, it is the arrangement of the angled main windows, set-back door and the windows above the door that set this building apart from other shops.

oh this one is lovely - the smallness of scale adds to the charm. Just back from Portland yesterday where I did not see the whales presently visiting, but I noticed a stonking beachside residential in the Style Moderne. It looked like a Michaels & Mitchelson (?) - 2-storey, curved balconies and windows etc. Failed to photo it but I will be back there soon. It was opposite a shoreline carpark and very close to the retail edge.
